Veterinary Consultations

Our mobile vet consultations generally last from 20-45 minutes depending on the specific requirements of your pet. The more complex cases require additional time to ensure we provide top class care.

Regardless of the species, our vets will complete a full clinical examination and assessment. We may quiz you on:

• Relevant and previous medical history

• Current symptoms

• Changes in habits and routines

• Parasite management

Farm Animal Consultations generally start by having a chat, and observing the animal. We ask that all farm animals be confined in an appropriate space prior to our consultation time. For cattle we do require a crush with a head bale to ensure adequate safety during the examination and treatment of your cattle.

We request that for all Equine consultation, the horses are caught and ready to go for our vets arrival. For lameness examinations, available surfaces to complete the initial assessment is really important. Ideally we would have a hard straight area, and larger hard area for trotting up and lunging.
