Vaccinations

Pet vaccinations save lives by protecting your pet, horse or livestock from serious life threatening disease. Vaccinations are proven to be safe with minimal associated risks. Our mobile vets, livestock vets and equine vets all carry these vaccinations in their cars. We also ensure that you will receive a reminder about when your animals is due a booster shot. All pets receive a health check prior to vaccinations.

Dogs and Cats - we offer puppy and kitten vaccinations, health checks and fit to fly certifications. We stock annual and tri-annual dog vaccinations.

Rabbits - we offer routine rabbit vaccinations with the Filvac vaccine. this Vaccine is relative new and protects rabbits from both the RHDV1 and RHDV2 strains of calicivirus.

Livestock - we have a wide range of vaccinations for sheep, cattle and goats. We are able to dispense these in small volumes if you only have a small number. Ideally all pregnant animals are vaccinated prior birthing, to ensure that the baby received adequate immunity in the colostrum. Please note that it is recommended that goats are vaccinated with Glanvac 3, 2-4 times annually.

Horses - we stock straight tetanus vaccinations and Equivac 2 in 1. We highly recommend that horses receive an annual vaccination at the same time of their routine dental examination. We can also order in vaccinations such as Hendra, Salmonella, or Herpes Virus.
